By accessing or using the Liyoc Services, creating a merchant account, integrating our API, or clicking "I agree" (or a similar button), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any policies referenced in them, including our Privacy Policy and AML/KYC Policy.
If you are using the Liyoc Services on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms. In that case, "you" and "your" refer to that entity.
You must not access or use the Liyoc Services if you do not agree to these Terms.
Changes to Terms

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Liyoc Services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Liyoc Services will immediately cease.
Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Liyoc operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Liyoc Services shall be resolved in the courts located within that jurisdiction.
